Give the session one clear shopping goal
A product demo should help viewers understand what is offered and what to do next. Choose a focused goal, such as demonstrating one product range or answering common buying questions. Avoid introducing every service, plan and discount in the same segment.
An AI character is a presentation tool. Product accuracy, order handling, customer support and platform rules remain the seller's responsibility. An avatar alone does not guarantee buyer trust.
Build a product-fact sheet
Prepare verified features, sizes or variants, price validity, exclusions and the correct ordering route. Separate confirmed facts from illustrative use cases. Verify claims requiring substantiation before allowing them into a script or response context.
Use assets that accurately represent the product. Generated packaging can alter details; compare it with the actual item. Never present fictional customers, testimonials or purchase notifications as evidence of real activity.
Match the scene to your software
Plan the character, product view, captions and call to action as separate elements. If you need dialogue-triggered product-media popups or changing character states, compare the current AIDOL Model Live Local features. Do not assume Room Cloud supports identical scene functions.
Where a product-pin workflow is supported, check item identifiers, account permissions and timing in rehearsal. A line in a script does not prove that the correct item will be pinned on every platform.
Write useful segments instead of endless repetition
Move from the need the product addresses to a demonstration, fit check, common questions and a clear next step. Prepared audio and generated replies can serve different roles; make sure the operator knows which is running.
Avoid false scarcity and fabricated demand. An offer should match checkout. Real-time generation does not exempt a seller from advertising or platform rules.
Measure before expanding
Rehearse framing, sound, product accuracy, event routing and the ordering link. In a permitted supervised pilot, record technical interruptions, unanswered questions and shopper progression to the intended next step. Use analytics or tracking only with an appropriate setup and permissions.
Compare results with a specific operational goal. Studio, Local, Cloud and Event Router serve different parts of production; choose the combination you actually need instead of assuming the largest bundle is best.
Find the setup that fits your workflow
Compare current features and costs before buying. International buyers should confirm payment and support arrangements with GenAIDOL.
