Start with the workflow, not just the avatar
A real-time AI livestream combines several jobs: presenting a character, generating or playing speech, processing audience interactions, and delivering the final picture and sound to a streaming platform. A convincing character is useful, but the complete workflow determines whether the session is manageable.
With GenAIDOL, AIDOL Model Live Local processes the character on a suitable Windows computer, while AIDOL Room Cloud uses GenAIDOL infrastructure for that processing. Neither option removes the need to prepare content and supervise a session.
Real-time generation is different from a prerecorded loop
A prerecorded loop plays a fixed sequence. A real-time workflow can create a new response to an incoming event and drive the character with the resulting speech. Some sessions combine prepared audio with generated replies, so ask what is generated live: dialogue, audio, lip movement, or all three.
Evaluate a demonstration with an unexpected question, not only a polished introduction. A label such as AI live does not describe the entire architecture.
The building blocks to evaluate
The character provides the visual presentation. A language component drafts or selects responses. Text-to-speech converts approved text into audio. An event connection delivers supported comments or other signals. Streaming software sends the assembled scene to the destination.
Each connection can add delay or fail. Test with the actual account, network and product setup. Ask how an operator pauses replies, corrects a product claim and recovers from a disconnected event source.
Run a useful first pilot
Choose one product and a limited set of approved facts. Prepare a character you have permission to use. Rehearse internally, then run a small supervised pilot where permitted. Record event arrival, response readiness, playback timing and actual usage charges.
Measure whether shoppers receive accurate answers and whether the operator can handle exceptions. An avatar does not guarantee sales, uninterrupted availability or platform approval. Review the rules for your destination and market before broadcasting.
Choose the next step
If you have suitable GPU hardware, review the Local requirements. If you prefer hosted character processing, compare Room Cloud resources and costs. GenAIDOL Studio is a separate place to prepare image and video assets.
Begin with a workflow your team can monitor and explain. Expand only after you understand the handoffs, content responsibilities and cost of a representative session.
Find the setup that fits your workflow
Compare current features and costs before buying. International buyers should confirm payment and support arrangements with GenAIDOL.
