Treat a comment as an event, not an instruction to obey blindly
A viewer may ask about price, delivery or an unrelated topic. The workflow should identify what can be answered from approved information and what needs a human. Viewer messages should not be treated as permission to change system settings, reveal credentials or invent discounts.
This is a workflow design principle, not a claim that every installation includes a particular moderation or queue feature. Verify the controls available in your version.
Prepare a small, accurate knowledge set
Start with product identifiers, confirmed features, current offers, ordering links and support boundaries. Identify information the assistant must not invent, such as medical outcomes, guaranteed sales results or delivery promises outside your actual policy.
Decide how updates reach the operating team. If a price changes, old scripts and AI context should not continue giving conflicting answers. Review sample responses after each update.
Test each handoff
Observe when a platform event arrives, when the response is ready and when speech becomes audible. Include repeated questions, bursts of comments and a temporary connection interruption. Time the actual setup instead of borrowing latency claims from a demo.
AIDOL Event Router is the GenAIDOL component to evaluate for supported event connections with Local and Room Cloud. Supported events vary by platform and version; do not assume TikTok, Shopee and Facebook expose the same signals.
Plan for speech and text separately
A spoken response can take longer to play than the text takes to generate. A busy audience can create a playback bottleneck. Decide which interactions deserve spoken answers and which can use an available text workflow or a human operator.
Ask how your version prevents overlapping playback, identifies stale replies and lets an operator pause. If a needed control is unavailable, reduce the operating scope instead of promising unattended operation.
Escalation is part of the sales experience
Give shoppers a human support path for payment problems, complaints and account-specific questions. Keep an operator available during early pilots and when discussing sensitive or high-impact claims.
Judge success by accurate answers and recoverable sessions, not merely by the number of generated responses. Compare event support, software requirements and usage costs before buying, then expand based on pilot evidence.
Find the setup that fits your workflow
Compare current features and costs before buying. International buyers should confirm payment and support arrangements with GenAIDOL.
