A monthly plan is only one cost category
Start by separating access rights from consumption. A software plan can provide access without including unlimited hosted room time, generated speech or language processing. GenAIDOL Local and Cloud have separate access arrangements, with usage charged according to the relevant feature.
Include preparation and test sessions alongside public airtime. A room can consume resources while an operator is configuring it, depending on the published charging rules.
Map costs to production activity
Use four columns: software access; the machine or room processing the character; AI services; and human operations. Include rented-computer time for Local where applicable. For Cloud, check the resource meter and how to stop a room when it is no longer needed.
AI services can include text generation, text-to-speech and asset creation. An image generated in Studio and a live spoken response are different activities. Do not combine them into one assumed per-hour allowance unless the offer explicitly does that.
Prepared audio and newly generated speech
Playing an existing audio file does not itself create a new text-to-speech request. Creating that file earlier may already have incurred a charge. If AI writes and reads new audience responses during the stream, language and speech usage can still apply.
Text-only replies and spoken replies are different budget scenarios. Prepared material can make part of the workload predictable, while fresh dialogue varies with interaction rate, response length and conversation context.
Use provider meters rather than word counts
Language usage is measured in tokens under the applicable model and route; tokens are not the same as words. Input can contain conversation context and instructions as well as a shopper's comment. Speech generation is billed using the unit shown for that feature, such as characters.
Tun Coin is GenAIDOL's internal service-usage unit. Check the current VND reference and offer conditions before buying. A displayed reference is not a cash-redemption rate. International buyers should confirm payment methods, tax treatment and currency conversion before checkout.
Build your own session estimate
Run a representative supervised pilot. Record machine or room duration, input and output language usage where available, generated speech length and asset-creation costs. Add operator time and compare totals with the work the session actually completed.
Scale from measured usage and reserve time for rehearsal and retries. Check failed-job charges and adjustments through support rather than assuming every retry is free or chargeable. Use the live pricing pages for a final decision; this guide does not promise a fixed cost per viewer or sale.
Find the setup that fits your workflow
Compare current features and costs before buying. International buyers should confirm payment and support arrangements with GenAIDOL.
